Return and Refund Policy

We aim for 100% customer satisfaction. If you’re not happy with your purchase from SMBTrendz, you can return or exchange it under the conditions below.
1. Eligibility
Return/exchange requests must be made within 7 days of delivery for unused, unwashed, and unworn items in their original packaging. Non-returnable items include innerwear, accessories, discounted, or custom products.
2. How to Initiate a Return
Email support@smbtrendz.com with your Order ID, photos (if applicable), and reason. Our team will guide you through pickup or drop-off.
3. Refunds
Refunds are processed after quality checks and credited to your original payment method within 7–10 business days. Shipping or COD fees are non-refundable.
4. Exchanges
Exchange requests for size/color are accepted based on stock availability.
5. Damaged Items
If your item is damaged or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours for a replacement or full refund.
6. Cancellations
Orders can be canceled before dispatch only. Once shipped, cancellations aren’t allowed, but returns can be initiated after delivery.
