Delivery Information

At SMBTrendz, we ensure fast and reliable delivery of your apparel across India. Here’s how we handle order processing and shipping.
1. Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. You’ll receive a confirmation email or SMS once your order is placed and another when it’s shipped.
2. Delivery Time
- Metro Cities: 2–5 business days
- Other Areas: 5–10 business days
- Remote Locations: up to 12 days
3. Shipping Charges
Free shipping on prepaid orders above ₹2000. A ₹50 fee applies to smaller orders. Cash on Delivery incurs a ₹50 handling charge.
4. Tracking Orders
Once dispatched, you’ll receive tracking details via email/SMS. You can also track from your My Account → Orders section.
5. Delivery Policy
Deliveries occur Monday–Saturday, 9 AM–7 PM. Please ensure accurate address and contact details. Failed deliveries due to incorrect info may incur re-delivery charges.
6. Damaged or Lost Packages
If your package is damaged or tampered with, refuse delivery and notify us immediately at support@smbtrendz.com.
7. Coverage
Currently, we deliver within India only.
